1. General Return Conditions
All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:
- Time Limit: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must accompany the return.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Undergarments or products with hygiene concerns.
2. Reasons for Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
A. Size Exchange (Fit Issues)
If the Anonymous Hacker Hoodie does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size (M, L, XL, XXL) if stock is available.
- Cost: The customer will bear the two-way delivery charge for size exchanges.
B. Defective or Incorrect Item
If you received a damaged, stained, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong design or color than ordered):
- Cost: WearBD will bear the full cost of the return and redelivery.
- Procedure: Please send a photograph of the defect or incorrect item to our customer support email immediately upon receipt.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [Your Customer Service Email] or call us at [Your Phone Number] within 3 days of delivery. Include your Order Number and the Reason for Return (e.g., “Size Exchange” or “Damaged Item”).
- Confirmation: A WearBD representative will review your request and confirm the return eligibility and the shipping address for the item return.
- Shipment: Carefully package the item and ship it to the confirmed address. Please use a reliable courier service that provides tracking.
- Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are only processed for items that are defective or incorrect if the replacement item is out of stock.
- Timeline: If a refund is approved, processing will begin within 3-7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Method:
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer or Mobile Financial Service (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
- For Online Paid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card). This can take an additional 7-14 days depending on the bank.
5. Exchange Policy
If you requested an exchange for a different size or color (if available):
- The replacement item will be shipped out within 2 business days after the returned product is successfully received and verified at our warehouse.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative item or a full refund.
