Shipping & Delivery

Yes, absolutely! We provide nationwide home delivery across Bangladesh, reaching customers in Dhaka and every other district. We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your Wear BD order can reach you even if you’re in a remote area. No matter where you are in Bangladesh, we’ll get your package to your doorstep.

Delivery is pretty fast. For addresses inside Dhaka city, it usually takes about 2–3 business days, while locations outside Dhaka typically receive orders in 3–5 business days. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. You’ll also get a confirmation message once your order is on its way, so you know when to expect your delivery.

We keep our delivery fees affordable and straightforward. Inside Dhaka, the delivery charge is around ৳70. For areas just outside Dhaka (suburbs), it’s roughly ৳100, and for other locations across Bangladesh it’s about ৳130. Any delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout, so there are no surprises. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos on large orders or special campaigns – we’ll let you know if any apply!

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use that number to follow your package’s journey. Simply enter the tracking number on our dedicated Order Tracking page or on the courier’s website to see the delivery progress. If you have any trouble tracking your order, just reach out to us – we’re happy to help you know where your package is.

Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. We do not provide international delivery at this moment. We’re a Bangladesh-based store and focus on serving our local customers. In the future, we hope to expand our services internationally, but for now, all orders must have a Bangladeshi shipping address.

Returns, Exchange & Product Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery as long as there’s an issue like a quality defect, damage, or if we sent the wrong item/size. The product should be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify. Simply inform our customer service team within 7 days, and we’ll assist with the return or exchange process.

It’s easy and hassle-free. If you need to return or exchange an item, contact our customer support (through phone, email, or Facebook/WhatsApp) within the allowed return period to let us know the issue. Our team will guide you through the process – usually, you’ll need to pack the item back in its original packaging. We can arrange a pickup or guide you on which courier service to use for sending it back. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.

We’re really sorry if that happens – and we will make it right. If your package arrives with a damaged item or if you were sent the wrong product, please let us know immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or the correct item for you as quickly as possible, at no extra cost. We’ll coordinate the return of the incorrect item. Your satisfaction matters to us, so rest assured we’ll fix any mix-up or issue with your order right away.

Of course! If the size isn’t quite right, you can absolutely request a size exchange. We have a smooth exchange process to get you the correct size. Just let us know within a few days of receiving the product that you need a different size. We’ll ask you to ensure the item is in its original condition (unworn and with tags), and then arrange for the size swap. Our goal is to make sure you end up with a product that fits perfectly.

Ordering & Payments

Yes – we’ve got you covered! We provide a size guide for our products to help you find the perfect fit. You can find sizing charts and information on each product page (usually next to the size options or in the product description). These size charts show measurements for each size, so you can compare them with your own measurements.

We offer several convenient payment options. You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) – that means you only pay in cash when the product arrives at your door. We also accept popular mobile payments like bKash and Nagad, and we take online card payments (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or other secure online banking methods. During checkout, you’ll see all available payment options.

Yes, absolutely – your online payment safety is our priority. We use trusted, secure payment gateways to process all electronic payments. Our website is protected with encryption (SSL), which means any information you enter is encrypted and safe. We do not store your sensitive payment details.
